. . . 11 July 1721 . . Some Indians who live near Tughsakrondie or Le Droit come to Albany to Trade, They say they have not been there before for 20 years, but rejoice the Path is now again opened that they may visit their Antient Friends & Allies.
The Commissrs welcome them & tell them they will find Goods much cheaper than they could get them from the French who had 'em from Albany, but that Trade is now prohibited and desire them to acquaint all the adjacent Indians therwith. . .
